Job Title: Business Development Manager (Ref: 69)

GlobalProfilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for Business Development Managers (Abuja, Ilorin) for our leading multinational client in FMCG.
Purpose of the Job:
Mapping, identifying and selection of the sites as per company goals & business plans by market mapping and market surveys and ensuring performance of Business Development team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional leadership and motivation to the Business Development team
- Provide market survey/intelligent report to management for new restaurant sites and outlets initiatives in line with company goals
- Negotiation and finalizing of commercials with developer/owners/consultants and Co-ordinating with developer on initial CAD drawings
- Preparations of internal documents (internal approval, P&L, Matrix) for approvals by the management and making LOI’s thereafter
- Ensure a smooth process of due diligence along with necessary commercial and legal clearances
- Liaison with developer/owner/promoter for ongoing day to day operative problems
- Handover the sites to projects with full services as per HOTO format
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have a University degree; an MBA is an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of 7 years’ work experience in food retail/service, multi-outlet or similar industry
- Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; negotiation skills; advocacy skills; excellent leadership skills
- Must demonstrate process management skills with a range of projects including ability to meet objectives within stated timeframe
