HP announced a new full-size desktop computer with a 27-inch diagonal and non-touch display. Called Omni 27, the computer is built around a Full HD display and an Intel Core i5 at 2.5 GHz.
Standard features also include 6GB of RAM and Beats Audio sound system, multimedia ranges characteristic of Hewlett Packard products. Unlike TouchSmart series, which in the past was almost entirely computer all-in-one HP office products, the new Omni does not include a touch screen, but may continue to function as a TV, thanks to an optional TV tuner . Optional equipment list is completed by a unit of read / write Blu-ray and HDMI output, which oddly is not included in standard package.
The design is dominated by Omni 27 completely covered with glass screen and tilt system that helps monitor up to 25 degrees on the vertical axis. Computer running a non-touch version of the HP Magic Canvas multimedia interface, installed in Windows 7, which comes with every all-in-one.
