Job Title: Senior Projects Manager (Ref: 68)

GlobalProfilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for our leading multinational client in FMCG.
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure completion of projects on time within agreed budget and to agreed specifications through co-ordination of all activities associated with a project.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional leadership to project team members on the job, technically and personally
- Prepare PERT in collaboration with Site Manager in charge and Vendors as well as drawings/details of construction as required by the vendor
- Daily co-ordination with Vendors and Project team as per the PERT chart and regular Site inspection with Brand Managers; Weekly update of ongoing sites with CEO
- Verification of all expenses on site and approvals for conveyance bills and co-ordinating travel arrangements
- Regular release/updates of Projects MIS to show transparency in the project to the management and proper project documentation
- Co-ordination with vendors, maintenance team for proper execution of the project as well as Coordinating all civil related issues in stores at least one year old
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have a University degree; a Post-Graduate in Business Administration or a Master’s degree plus relevant professional qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience, having worked with Food Retail, Hotels etc.; 5 of which must be particularly in a large multi-national and/or multi-cultural work environment
- Must demonstrate sound organizational, analytical and conceptual skills and the capacity to successfully manager competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work with all levels of management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer relations
- Must possess an excellent task management, project management, problem solving skills, analytical and focused approach to achieving project objectives
- Must be a team-player and a good team leader
